Leads our high performing sales team. Excels in aligning people, processes and systems to drive peak performance.

Christina leads our Member Development team where her focus is growing our sales force in quantity and quality while managing sales efficiency and ensuring we achieve our revenue targets.

Northeast Philadelphia born and raised, Christina graduated from Central High School, the only high school in the United States that has the authority to confer academic degrees upon its graduates. She completed her undergraduate degree in Communication at Northeastern University in Boston, and holds a Master of Science in Internet Marketing from Full Sail University.

Christina began her career in 2007 as a Digital Marketing Specialist with PAID Inc., a celebrity-services company based outside of Boston that offered web design and management, digital marketing, merchandising, and VIP tour experiences for top musical acts including Aerosmith, The Moody Blues, Iron Maiden, and other celebrities/brands such as Stand Up to Cancer (SU2C), Run DMC, Laila Ali, and The Bold and the Beautiful.

Taking her digital marketing know-how on the road, in 2012 she relocated to Charleston, becoming a part of the Advantage Family for the first time, spending the next four years in a variety of roles including Corporate Marketing Manager, Director of Infrastructure, and Director of Learning and Development.

In 2016, she joined red7, a marketing agency in the manufacturing space, as Director of Marketing Automation, leveraging her shared love for technology and marketing while launching a new service offering for the agency.

In 2017 she joined Omatic, a SaaS company serving the non-profit sector, as Director of Corporate Marketing. For the next two years, Christina worked to rebuild the marketing team, implement marketing systems, processes and automation, and generate leads for the growing sales team.

In 2019, Christina returned to the Advantage Family as General Manager of Magnetic Marketing, a media company acquired by Advantage in 2018, providing marketing resources, training and coaching for business owners and entrepreneurs. In this role, Christina managed all day-to-day operations of the business.

In September 2021, Magnetic Marketing was successfully acquired by ClickFunnels, a process Christina helped shepherd from initial prospecting, to due diligence, to final sale. Following the sale, Christina returned to her Advantage roots, again, initially overseeing the Member Experience team before transitioning to VP of Revenue in 2023, leading the growing sales organization.

Throughout her experiences, Christina has realized the number one goal in business is aligning people with purpose; this is something that she is passionate about and that is the foundation of her leadership style.
