Executive Thought Leadership Summary

Jennifer shares her leadership insights in Leading for Impact: The CEO’s Guide To Influencing With Integrity. She encourages CEOs to lead with values, foster authentic relationships, embrace purpose-driven leadership, and create meaningful impact.

A faith-led leader, Jennifer is devoted to empowering individuals to step into their full potential. She emphasizes themes in her book such as humility and vulnerability that run counter to traditional leadership principles. She writes that ego-driven leadership – without the surrendering of oneself – becomes a barrier to relationship-building, learning and growing.

Regardless of how innovative technology becomes, Jennifer says, relationships matter. To foster those human connections, she emphasizes that it is crucial to assume good intentions and be interested in the individual stories of others.

The shared vision Jennifer and her team have as a company measures success by what they give. They value positive relationships in business and in the community. They are committed to using their gifts and talents to be the hands and feet that serve others generously.

Jennifer Schielke’s life purpose is to be a faithful steward over all that God has entrusted to her. That purpose has inspired her to fearlessly surrender herself every day to whatever cause is set before her. Her passion overflows into leadership development, team engagement, and relational investment.

Thirty years of professional field experience, including 20 years of devoted life-on-life ministry, led Jennifer to create and guide Summit Group Solutions. Her company is a multi-year Inc. 5000 awardee and Inc. Power Partner.

Jennifer considers the call to leadership a lesson in humility and gratitude. Leadership, she maintains, demands a willingness and commitment to serve others with a grateful heart. Opportunities to lead others surround us at every stage of our lives, she says. Jennifer believes in embracing those opportunities and upholding each role with integrity.

Jennifer’s joy comes from encouraging people to embrace who they are and to magnify their unique impact.

At a time when culture desperately seeks to promote group identity,” she writes in Leading for Impact, “be the one to define who you are for yourself, in a manner that holds certainty and meaning.”

“Trust yourself to find the foundation intended for you. Use it to serve your purpose well and to serve others generously.”

Jennifer grew up in a challenging home environment, which made her highly self-protective and independent. However, through her leadership in ministry, she learned to develop compassion and servant leadership.

She notes that she was often chosen for leadership roles because of her strong convictions, honesty, and drive. But Jennifer initially struggled to balance those qualities with empathy. Over time, through transformative experiences in ministry and mentorship, she refined her leadership approach.

Jennifer considers it an honor to engage in the professional lives of men and women—to influence them and learn from them.
