Cancellation Policy for In-Person Workshops

We understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate the cancellation of your attendance at our in-person workshops. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following cancellation policy.


Cancellation 30 Days Prior to Workshop

Participants who cancel their registration at least 30 days before the scheduled workshop date may apply their registration fee as credit towards a future workshop or any service offered by Advantage Media, or may elect to receive a full refund.


Cancellation Within 30 Days but Outside 7 Days

Participants who cancel their registration within the 30-day period leading up to the workshop (but outside 7 days) will receive credit for the full registration amount. This credit can be applied towards a future workshop, or any service offered by Advantage Media.


Cancellation Within 7 Days:

Unfortunately, no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop.


Note:

Requests for refunds or credits must be submitted in writing to workshop@advantagemedia.com with the subject line "Workshop Cancellation Request."

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of the written request.

Credits are valid for 12 Months from the date of issuance and can be used for any future workshop or services conducted by Advantage Media.

By registering for our workshops, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
