Mark leads a team of full-time content developers and ghostwriters who amplify our Member voices through all available communications channels.

Mark’s background includes two degrees in English and more than 30 years of professional experience engaging with B2C and B2B audiences, He is an experienced newsroom leader in print and broadcasting and has also led teams in web design and development, online learning, email and social media marketing, and SEO content creation. He excels in translating abstract concepts into relatable content that answers questions and solves problems.

As leader of the content development team, Mark helps Members develop content plans, validate topics using organic search data, and produce high-performing content.

Before joining Advantage Media, Mark was managing editor at True North Custom Publishing, a leading content marketing agency serving over 100 hospitals and healthcare clinics. He is the founding editor and a freelance food and culture writer for 585 Magazine, a city-regional publication in his hometown of Rochester, New York.
