With several decades of experience in sales, marketing and operations, Bob Gay currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Growth at Advantage.

Bob Gay leads a team dedicated to identifying and engaging with top-tier CEOs, thought leaders, and entrepreneurs. The team focuses on individuals who have the potential to grow and become the go-to authorities in their fields with our organization’s strategic guidance and support.

Prior to his position at Forbes Books and Advantage, Bob held senior leadership positions at American Public University System, where, as Chief Operations Officer he oversaw operations for one of the largest providers of online education for the US military. Bob also served as Senior Vice President at Maguire Associates, specializing in growing enrollment for the firm’s higher education clients, and held multiple leadership roles at institutions like The New School and the University of Maryland Global Campus.
